PRAYERS FOR RECOVERY

There is power in praying aloud, praying out loud with Scriptures is even MORE powerful although silent prayers may be more comfortable for you, you should try to give a voice to them when you can.

Orientation

Beginning the Journey

Lord, thank You for the wonderful plan You have for my life and that includes healing and restoration.  Help me to never settle for less than all You have for me.  Enable me to not lose heart if things happen more slowly than I would like. If my expectations are lower than Your will for me, I surrender them to You.

I commit to walking step by step with you so that I can become all You created me to be.  Help me to lay the offense and sin of sexual violence committed against me at the foot of the cross. Please give me the strength to endure as I learn from the past and watch as You redeem it and bring good out of it. Guide my thoughts, words and actions so that I walk Your path of peace and love

Father, in Jesus name, I ask You to heal my wounded soul. You have started a good work in me and You are faithful to complete it. I have a great deal to learn and I ask You to teach me and help me face truth in every area in which my thinking is distorted and wrong. I commit my life entirely to You and choose to open my heart to You in every area of my past.

Lord, restore my soul and break the chains of anxiety and panic that bind me. When worry, fear or anxiety threaten to overtake me, help me remember Your promises. Please touch my body and heal me physically, mentally and emotionally.

Trauma has shaken me to the core of my being and I ask that you heal every emotional and spiritual wound left in my life with Your love. The enemy wanted to destroy me through these vile acts of assault, but he didn't win! Restore trust and the grace to believe in You and receive Your promises, and to learn to trust others who are trustworthy. Thank you for equipping me to begin a healing process to address the root issues which will bring me a clear sense of my identity as Your child.

I bind all hurt, pain, sickness, negative thinking, doubt, confusion and anything connected to past traumatic events that I have carried with me since childhood and that You did not create to be a part of my life. Please bring everything within me in agreement with Your original design and plan for me. I bring all traumatic experiences and memories to Calvary where You suffered and died for me. Thank you for healing me of the effects of sexual trauma as only You can do.

I speak restoration, recovery, refreshment, peace, healing and wholeness over my life. Help me to relax, to be at peace and to focus my mind on You. Help me and strengthen me through the power of the Holy Spirit and empower me to have a Spirit filled personality. Thank You for making me whole, thank You for turning my sorrow into joy and my mourning into dancing. I receive my healing by faith in Jesus Name,  I will walk in newness of life in Jesus Name, Amen!

Unit 1 - A Foundation of Recovery

Establishing A Support System

Dear Lord, I am calling upon You today for Your divine guidance and help. I am in crisis and need a supporting hand to keep me on the right path. My heart is troubled and I need Your infinite wisdom to show me the right path. Thank you for hearing my prayer and for staying by my side.

Thank You for Your guidance and direction. Thank You for picking me up when I was at my lowest. You are an awesome God and it is because of You I choose to live and walk in Your favor.

I commit to lay down my pride and seek help from other wise counselors.  I reject the false belief that I do not really need people in my life. Lead me to those whose words are dependable.  Give them the courage to tell me the truth about myself and let me be receptive to hearing it because You said that faithful are the wounds of a friend. Thank you for emotionally supportive family and friends in my life who will love, support, guide and pray for me during this season of recovery as I seek healing and wholeness. Give me others who have walked this path of restoration and freedom. Help me to listen and receive from them particularly when their words challenge my defects of character. I pray that You will bless them individually for their kindness and also bless their family.

Thank You for pursuing me with Your love and for sending Your Holy Spirit to give me counsel and to help me come to the knowledge of all truth. Give me ears to hear what You have to say. Thank you, Father. I will follow where You lead. I will let your Word transform me to the person You created me to be. Keep me honest. Help me walk in the light of Your presence and follow the path of recovery to new life in You. Thank you for Your promise to go before me to make the crooked places straight and the rough places smooth. I am forever grateful that You care for me. AMEN!

Father in Jesus Name I come to you! The enemy wanted to destroy me through these vile acts of assault but it did not prosper. I thank You that I survived and while I'm dealing with the effects and the aftermath of the violation I pray for strength and peace.

I ask You to bring people across my path who will help support me in this devastating time. May I come to know that my value and worth in Your eyes has not changed.

You still have an awesome plan for my life and you can take evil and use it for good. I pray in time You will bring back my laughter, joy and hope and that You would bless me in abundant ways.

I thank You for strength to reach out and get help. I know you can bring beauty out of ashes and You're more than willing to do it in my life. Move me toward healing and calm my nerves as I walk this healing process.

Unit 2 - Discovering Hope

Defining Sexual Trauma

Generational Sexual Trauma

In the Name of Jesus, Father, I repent because of the sins of my ancestors that opened the door to the enemy of lust, perversion and anger to be passed down to me through my generations. I forgive my ancestors for opening these spiritual doors, and I renounce all demonic entities and forbid them to operate in my life! I renounce spirits of anger, lust and perversion to be cast out at this time that may have entered my life through trauma, pain, abuse, rejection, fear or that entered at any other time. I close every door against these spirit(s) and cancel every legal right they have to operate in my life, in Jesus mighty name. I renounce all spirits of rejection, all inherited rejection, fear of rejection, self rejection, and perceived rejection in the Name of Jesus.

Father, thank You for the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, I renounce self destruction, any assignments of witchcraft, rebellion,  divination, clairvoyance, the occult, every work of Satanism, self-righteousness, pride, idolatry, lust, I break your power in the Name of Jesus on both sides of my family line. I renounce any spirit guides connected to my family, I renounce any doors for spirits to astroproject into my home, into my bedroom. I renounce any pledges made to the powers of darkness in my bloodline in the Name of Jesus, I break your power. At the Name of Jesus every knee will bow whether in heaven or on earth.

In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, I command incest and rape spirits in my family line to leave me now. I command the enemy to loose my children, grandchildren and my children's children from rape and incest spirits in my family line, in the name of the Lord, Jesus Christ. I ask you to restore my soul from the splitting and fragmenting that has taken place through sexual abuse. Every ruling spirit that is operating to bring my family under a curse, I command them to leave now. In the name of Jesus, I cut off all of the enemy’s plans to cause incest in my family. My children are a heritage unto the Lord and the enemy will not use them in this manner. I cast out and break these curses in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

In the Name of Jesus, I sever every spiritual bond, break every covenant that has been made by me or on my behalf, knowingly or unknowingly. I also break all word curses, hexes, vexes and incantations I have spoken over myself or that have been spoken over me. Satan, I declare that you have no hold over me. Jesus is my Lord, and I sever every spiritual tie in the mighty name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, AMEN!

Scripture References

Prayer for Healing from Sexual Trauma

Heavenly Father, make Your presence known to me each and every single day as the God who is near to the brokenhearted and who saves those crushed in spirit. In Your name I speak healing and restoration to every wound that was inflicted upon my life. Thank You for Your promise to heal and bind. Holy Spirit, expose the lies of the enemy that have entered my mind because of sexual victimization upon me against my will. You have seen every wrong that’s been done to me, every person that has hurt me and every tear I’ve shed. God, You are a God of justice and You will repay, vengeance belongs to You. I trust You to settle and solve my case.

I pray that the perpetrator might be brought to repentance. Let (person’s name) be unable to sleep; awaken (person’s name) with the painful reality of what they’ve done and judge them accordingly. Jesus bring me to an encounter with Your Word. Reveal Your truth to me and let every lie be broken and my mindset come into alignment with Your Word. Wash me in Your Word. I declare Your Word is truth and I stand in agreement with Your Word that says only goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life.

Father, I’m thankful that I’m Your child, an heir of God and co-heir with Jesus Christ. I trust You to be my healer in every area of my life. You are Jehovah Rapha, the God who heals me. You give me beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for sorrows and the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness. You are mighty to save, mighty to heal , mighty to deliver. Restore everything to perfect order. Work all things together for my good and for Your glory. You have not given me a spirit of slavery to fall back into fear but I have received the Spirit of adoption as a daughter, by whom I can cry, Abba Father! Reveal Your unfailing and everlasting love that conquers all fear. I casts out all fear from my soul. Let Your love rain down upon me bringing healing to my mind, emotions, will and spirit, even to my body. Overwhelm me with Your healing power. Overwhelm me with Your loving Presence.

Lord, I want to join You in the process of recovery and I ask You to make my thoughts clear and to lead me to accurately separate fact from fiction in my life. I take authority over the enemy and close every spiritual door to the enemy's access to my well being and succeeding generations. For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is Your steadfast love toward me; as far as the east is from the west, so far You remove my transgressions from me. You have purchased me for a price that is through the blood of Your Son, Jesus. I declare freedom from every burden of fear, anxiety, depression, guilt, shame and anger, by the power of the blood of Christ! I speak love, peace, freedom, wholeness, joy and thanksgiving in Jesus name, I pray. Amen!

Breaking Soul Ties (Consensual Sex)

Father God, in Jesus' name, I humbly ask you to forgive me and cleanse me of the sexual sin of _____________. I acknowledge it as sin and ask you to help me forsake in completely. I thank you for your forgiveness, in Jesus' name. "Lord God, I come before your throne of grace boldly, and covered in the shed blood of your Son. In Jesus' mighty name, I ask you to cut any and all ungodly soul ties between myself and anyone else [say NAME or NAMES if appropriate and remembered] created by sexual acts or any other relationship, known or unknown, remembered or forgotten.

Please Father, take the sword of the Holy Spirit and separate my soul from the soul of anyone with whom I have had ungodly sexual contact. In Jesus' name, I ask You to cleanse those ties by the blood of Jesus of any possible access through which the enemy can trouble me or my family. By the authority of the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, I break the power of any and all covenants, contracts, dedications or commissions made over me [or my children, if any]. In the name of Jesus Christ, my Lord, I now command any and all demons which may have come into me by ungodly soul ties or any other sin to leave me at once, never to return. I bind you all together as one, and I weaken you with the Blood of Calvary. I command you to go where the Lord Jesus Christ tells you to go by the voice of His Holy Spirit.

"Abba Father, in Jesus' mighty name, I ask you to shut any doorways of demonic access opened into my life by these ungodly soul ties or any other sort of sexual sins that I freely participated in, and I ask you to seal those doorways forever with the Blood of the Lamb, shed on the cross of Calvary. I thank you for doing this, in Jesus' name, Amen."

1 Corinthians 6:15-20 Do you not know that your bodies are members of Christ? Shall I then take the members of Christ and make them members of a prostitute? Never! Or do you not know that he who is joined[d] to a prostitute becomes one body with her? For, as it is written, “The two will become one flesh.” But he who is joined to the Lord becomes one spirit with him. Flee from sexual immorality. Every other sin a person commits is outside the body, but the sexually immoral person sins against his own body. Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body.

Breaking Soul Ties From Sexual Trauma (Without Consent)

I acknowledge the sexual sin of (rape/incest/molestation) committed against me by (person's name) that was not Your will nor Your plan for my life. Father, I ask You to break all ungodly ties that have been established between myself and (person's name). The enemy wanted to destroy me. But God You are greater! Lord – be my door, be my gate. I let the evil out and the good in. I am called and chosen by the King of Kings. What the enemy has tried to steal will be restored one hundred times over.

Holy Spirit, I need your help in bringing the truth to light. I ask You Father, to remove from me all influences of (person's name) and draw back to myself every part which has been wrongfully tied in bondage to (person's name). You are my God and there is no other. Cleanse me from all defilement and guilt received through the violation. Lock any and all spiritual doors that have been open through the abuse and traumatic events. Heal and restore me from all soul wounds from the past.

Lord, cancel all unhealthy and ungodly agreements. Let those words be turned into dust. Let Your Word prevail in my heart, my mind, and my spirit. I choose to honor this body that you have come to live in. I belong to You and I will fulfill your plans for me. I declare I have been set free by the blood of the Lamb and the Word of my testimony. For who the Son sets free, is free indeed! Amen!

Unit 3 - Tell Yourself the Truth

Identifying False Beliefs

Renewing My Mind

Father, in the Name of Jesus, I pray for Your protection on my mind. Help me to identify the lies of the enemy and capture every thought that contradicts the Word of God. Shield me from the lies of the enemy. Help me to clearly discern between Your voice and any other, and show me how to take every thought captive as You have instructed me to do. May I thirst for Your Word and hunger for Your truth so that I can recognize wrong thinking. Reveal to me the stronghold and false beliefs I believe about myself, about any and all sexual offenses I've experienced and any distortions about You so that I can tear them down with Your Word.

Give me strength to resist lying thoughts. Remind me that I have the mind of Christ. Where the enemy's lies have already invaded my thoughts, I push them back by inviting the power of the Holy Spirit to cleanse my mind . Lord, You have given me authority over all the power of the enemy. By that authority given to me in Jesus Christ, I command all lying spirits to leave my mind. I proclaim that God has given me a sound mind. I will not entertain confusion but live in clarity and peace.

I ask You to heal me from bound and blocked memories that have impacted me by the sexual offenses that I have gone through and I ask You to deliver me from any and all spiritual bondage that came in through it. I ask You Father to heal my damaged emotions. I cast out spirits of guilt, condemnation and accusations tormenting my mind. Deliver me from self-hatred and shame. Set me free so that I can have my whole spirit, soul and body back. I command self hatred and shame to loose me now and get out of my emotions and I thank You in advance for delivering me from all these feelings.

I will not be tormented with impure, evil, negative, or sinful thoughts but will be transformed by the renewing of my mind that I may prove what is that good, acceptable and perfect will of God. Enable me to be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Help me to be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving let my requests be made known to You and may Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard my heart and mind through Christ Jesus.

Father, Your Word says the mind is the battlefield and this is where the enemy will attack. I agree with Your Word that the enemy is a liar and the father of lies. I submit myself to God, resist him and he has to flee. I have been made right with God by the precious blood of Jesus and I stand firm in my position in Christ. I choose as an act of my will to think on whatever things are true, noble, just, pure, lovely, of good report, having virtue or anything praiseworthy, let me think on these things. AMEN.

Taking Control Of My Mind

Lord, help me to never exchange Your truth for a lie. Where I have accepted a lie as truth, reveal that to me. Help me to clearly discern when it is the enemy who is speaking. I don't want to think futile and foolish thoughts or give place to thoughts that are not glorifying to You. I don't want to walk according to my own thinking. I want to bring every thought captive and control my mind.

Your Word is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. As I read Your Word, may it reveal any wrong thinking in me. May Your Word be so etched in my mind that I will be able to identify a lie of the enemy the minute I hear it. Spirit of Truth, keep me undeceived. I know You have given me authority over all the power of the enemy and so I command the enemy to get away from my mind. I refuse to listen to lies.

Thank you Lord, that I have the mind of Christ. I want Your thoughts to be my thoughts. Show me where I have filled my mind with anything that is ungodly. Help me to resist doing that and instead fill my mind with thoughts, words, music and images that are glorifying to You. Help me to think upon what is true, noble, just, pure, lovely, of good report, virtuous and praiseworthy. I lay claim to the sound mind that You have given me.  (Courtesy of Stormie Omartian)

Quiet the voices that tell me otherwise and give me ears to hear Your voice telling me that it will not be my perfection that gets me through life successfully, it will be by Your Holy Spirit.

Reveal to me that I am the image and glory of God and I am complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power. Give me the peace and security of knowing that I am accepted and not rejected by You. Free me from the self-focus and self-consciousness that can imprison my soul. Unit 4 - Out of the Darkness into the Light

Responsibility, Betrayal and Denial

Denial

Heavenly Father, I know from experience that my soul deceives me. Forgive me for the ways I’ve sought to escape the reality of the abuse through various forms of denial such as: avoidance or comparing myself to others and thinking their problem is greater than mine therefore I don't need help. Denial keeps me in slavery because I am lying to myself.

I invite You to reveal to me the truth about the impact of past sexual trauma on my present life. I ask You to fill me with strength and courage to acknowledge and deal with what You reveal to me. Expose where my thinking and perceiving have become twisted and where my ways and Your ways differ. I need Your power and wisdom to help me make changes according to what You show me.

I desire the new life of healing and hope that You promise when I live in truth. Thank You for Your unfailing love and care for me. AMEN!

Scripture References

Galatians 6:7-8 (ESV) Do not be deceived: God is not mocked, for whatever one sows, that will he also reap. 8 For the one who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption, but the one who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life.

Jeremiah 6:14-16 (TLB) You can't heal a wound by saying it's not there.

Betrayal

Father, in the name of Jesus, thank you for always being faithful to me. I can always count on you to love me completely and unconditionally. Thank you for being perfectly trustworthy. I can always rely on you to do what's best for me and help me with whatever I need. Please help me remember that people may betray but you are here for me and will never betray me.

You know all of the painful thoughts and feelings I'm dealing with after being betrayed by (person's name). It hurts so much to have someone I thought I could trust do this to me. I need a miracle to find peace after what I've been through. Please give me that peace so I can think about the betrayal from your perspective and control my emotions rather than having them control me.

I know you agree that betrayal is wrong and are just as upset as I am about what has happened to me. But I also know that you want me to forgive (person's name). Honestly, I don't want to forgive, but I don't want to hurt myself more by holding onto bitterness or pursuing revenge. Help me to realize that people will be people, and that fallen people, even those I trust, will sometimes hurt me. Give me the grace to remember that it’s a fallen world, and that hanging on to my anger and bitterness and resentment will only destroy me, and bring a barrier between me and You. Grant me the grace right now to “let go” of my hurt, and understand that You know what I am feeling, because You were betrayed.

I claim Your Word, "Vengeance is mine, I will repay" and that You, Lord, will have the final balance of justice. I entrust my reputation and what other people think of me or may have been falsely led to believe about me, to You. I thank You that I am in good hands. You are the God of truth. Empower me to forgive by letting go of the offense and trusting you to bring justice to the situation in the right ways and at the right times. Please free me from the burden of holding onto a grudge and help me move on with my life. Amen!

Scripture References

Psalm 55:12-14 (ESV) For it is not an enemy who taunts me -- then I could bear it; it is not an adversary who deals insolently with me -- then I could hide from him. But it is you, a man, my equal, my companion, my familiar friend. We used to take sweet counsel together; within God's house, we walked in the throng.

1 Peter 3:9 Do not repay evil with evil or insult with insult, but with blessing, because to this you were called so that you may inherit a blessing”

Romans 12:19 (ESV) Beloved, never avenge yourselves, but leave it to the wrath of God, for it is written, “Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord.”

1 Peter 2:23 23 When Jesus was reviled, he did not revile in return; when he suffered, he did not threaten, but continued entrusting himself to him(God) who judges justly.

Unit 5 - The Family in the Storm

Rules & Roles Family of Origin

Family

Father, I adore you and give you thanks for creating me to be just who I am. My genes, my life conditions, my space in life and time. You created me to enjoy the fullness of life, Your life in me. I believe that You desire to make my family whole. Heal us in all the ways we need healing. Take away my built-in defenses. Remove all the barriers that prevent healing and accepting fully Your love for me and my family members. I look forward to the time in which Your work will be completed and I believe that I will be an instrument of that healing for my entire family. Jesus, I ask for the grace I need to forgive all who have ever hurt me.

I ask to be representative of my family in receiving grace to pray for all who have hurt any members of my family, individually or collectively. I ask forgiveness from all whom we have hurt. Heal us of all experiences that have made us feel guilty and ashamed, that have cause us to reject ourselves and to reject one another. Heal me of ridicule and of any incidents in my life or in the lives of my family members that have made us feel unworthy or inferior. You know the needs of every family member. Father God, I pray salvation for family members who have not accepted Your Son, Jesus Christ.  Send people across their path as a witness of Your love and forgiveness.

Surround me with Your light, Jesus, and penetrate the very depths of my being with that light. Let there remain no areas of darkness in me or in my family members, but transform our whole being with the healing light of Your love. Open me completely to receive Your love, Jesus. Thank You for being our family healer and my personal healer.

Unit 6 - Letting Go of Shame and Guilt

Confronting Toxic Shame/Guilt

Guilt

Lord, You are my Redeemer. You have redeemed my soul from the pit of hell. Thank You for Your Word that says because I have trusted in You, I will not be condemned. I will never have to live in guilt. So I ask You today to set me free from any guilt I feel about things that have happened in the past. Help me to forgive myself for my own failures. They are burdens too heavy for me to carry. Thank You that You redeem all things.

Give me wisdom about the things I "approve of" or "go along with" in life. If I have compromised Your laws in any way, show me so I can make things right. Reveal all my sins to me so I can confess them before You. Where I have feelings of guilt because of something I blame myself for, something I wish I could have done or not done, help me to release those feelings into Your hands so that I can be free from the burden of them. Take away any weight of guilt from my life. I want to live my life completely free of condemnation.

Create in me a clean heart and deliver me from all guilt and condemnation in my life. I know that You have made a way for me to be free from condemnation and guilt through confession and repentance. I want to always have a pure heart toward You. If I have already confessed and repented of things I feel guilty about, I recognize this condemnation comes from the enemy of my soul who wants to put that crushing burden on me. Thank You Lord, that You have set me free from that burden and I can live confident in Your love for me. AMEN.

Scripture References

Romans 8:1 (NCV) So now, those who are in Christ Jesus are not judged guilty (condemnation).

Shame

Father, thank You that You promised to deliver me from every evil work and preserve me for Your heavenly kingdom. I know that I do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, spiritual hosts of wickedness in heavenly places. Thank You that You have put all these enemies under Your feet. I call upon You, Lord, and ask that You would deliver me from the painful emotion of shame where others have sexually abused and mistreated me. Deliver me and set me free where I have opened the door for the enemy with my own desires and sinful choices. Your sacrifice on the cross set me free from everything that binds me or would separate me from you. Holy Spirit, you know the secrets of my heart.

Examine my soul and search me, expose all areas in my life that are not pleasing to You. Wash me in Your Word that I may be white as snow and I humbly ask You to enable me by Your grace make the changes I need to obtain emotional healing. Thank You for redeeming my life from destruction and crowning me with loving kindness and tender mercies, who gives me good things so that my youth is renewed like the eagle.

Where the enemy's lies have invaded my thoughts, I push them back by inviting the power of the Holy Spirit to cleanse my mind. I stand against all tormenting, evil, negative or sinful thoughts so that I can be transformed by the renewing of my mind that I may prove what is that good, acceptable and the perfect will of God. I cast down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ. I have been redeemed by the blood of the Lamb.

I know that though I walk in the flesh (body) I do not war according to the flesh (body) because the weapons of my warfare are not carnal (earthly) but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds. In Jesus name, I pray that every stronghold erected in my mind by the enemy will be brought down to nothing. Make darkness light before me and the crooked places straight. Your Word says, You have begun a good work in me and You will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ. Give me patience not to give up and the strength to stand strong in Your Word. In Jesus Name, AMEN.

Scripture References

Unit  7 - Feeling the Anger and Hurt

Lord, give me the ability to be slow to anger. Take away anything in me that refuses to let go of the anger and hurt over things that have happened to me. Enable me to forsake all anger in my life and not give place to it for even a moment. Help me instead to quickly overlook the things that make me upset and release all my anger to You. I don't want anger in me to delay my wholeness and keep me from the destiny You have for me. Help me to let it go and forgive quickly so that I don't give place to anger in my soul. May the fruit of Your Spirit, love, peace, patience and joy manifest in me at all times.

Lord, help me to glorify You by overlooking all offenses against me. Give me the patience I need to not react. Give me the discretion I need to be able to calmly choose the way of peace and not anger as a way to respond. Keep me from destroying my life or shutting off all You have for me by showing anger and making bad choices because of it. Keep me from any kind of emotional outburst or reactions to things that are inspired by my flesh.

Thank You for the Holy Spirit as my wise and wonderful counselor. Thank You for helping me work out my salvation with fear and trembling for it is You who works in me to will and to act according to Your good purpose. In the name of Jesus, I choose to forgive those who have wronged me. I choose to live a life of forgiveness because You have forgiven me. With the help of the Holy Spirit I get rid of all resentments, bitterness, rage, anger, brawling, slander along with every form of malice. I desire to be kind and passionate to others, forgiving them, just as in Christ, You forgave me.

Lord Jesus, Your word says that Your anointing destroys all yokes of bondage so I ask You now to cause Your anointing to break and destroy any yokes and strongholds of prideful anger, self-centeredness, hate, rage, bitterness, resentment, strife, contention, taking offense, giving offense, misplaced hostility, indifference and all forms of anger along with all their works, roots, fruits, tentacles and links that are in my life. Expose all anger, bitterness and unforgiveness that I've harbored in my heart towards You, towards myself and towards others. Help me not to retaliate with angry words that I will ultimately regret and that will grieve the Holy Spirit.

Thank You, Father that You watch over Your Word to perform it and that whom the Son has set free, is free indeed. I declare that I have overcome anger, resentment and bitterness by the Blood of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the word of my testimony. AMEN.

A Prayer To Release My Anger

Lord, Jesus, thank You for caring about how much my heart has been hurt. You know the pain I have felt because of  ( list every offense ). Right now I release all that pain into Your hands. And as an act of my will, I choose to forgive ( name ). Right now, I move ( name ) off of my emotional hook onto Your hook. I trust that in Your time and in Your way You will deal with ( name ) as You  see fit.  And Lord, thank You for giving me Your power to release my anger to You so that I can be set free.  In Your holy name I pray, Amen!

Scripture References

Ephesians 4:26 - When you are angry, do not sin, and be sure to stop being angry before the end of the day. Do not give the devil a way to defeat you

Unit 8 - Healing Loneliness and Fear

Fear

Father, in the Name of Jesus, You are my light and my salvation. You are the strength of my life. Of whom, then shall I be afraid? Even though an entire army may surround me and go to war against me, my heart will not fear. I will be strong and of good courage, for I know that You are with me wherever I go. Free me from all ungodly fear, for I know that fear is never of You. Guard my heart and mind from the spirit of fear. Take my fears and replace it with Your perfect love. If I have any thoughts in my mind that are fueled by fear, reveal them to me so I can confess it before You. I ask You in the name of Jesus to set me free from spirits of fear and torment that attack me because of the shock and trauma of rape and incest.

If I have gotten my mind off of You and on my circumstances, help me to reverse that process so that my mind is off my circumstances and on You. Show me where I allow fear to take root and help me to put a stop to it. Take away any fear of rejection and all fear of man within me and replace it with the fear (reverence) of the Lord. Your Word says that,"You will put fear in the hearts of the people and You will not turn away from doing them good." I pray You would do that for me. I speak now the strength of God over my life. You strengthen me in my inner man by the power of God. I renounce all assignments of torment, fear, mental anguish, dread, ruin, night monsters and devastation, I break your power in the Name of Jesus!

I know that You have not given me a spirit of fear, so I reject that and instead claim your power, love, and the sound mind You have for me. Oh, how great is Your goodness, which You have laid up for those who fear You. Because I have received a kingdom which cannot be shaken, may I have grace by which to serve You acceptably with reverence and godly fear all the days of my life. Thank You that the fear (reverence) of the Lord leads to life, and "He who has it will abide in satisfaction; he will not be visited with evil." Help me to grow in fear and reverence of You so that I may please You and escape the plans of evil for my life. Thank You that those who fear You will never lack any good thing. AMEN.

2 Timothy 1:7 - For God has not given us a spirit of fear; but of power, love, and a sound mind.

Loneliness

Lord, You said that You will never reject me or cast me away from Your Presence. Thank You that You always remember me, I am never forgotten by You. You knew me before I was born. Before I ever knew of You, You thought of me. Help me to think of You always too. May my thoughts of Your love set me free from the pain of loneliness. Help me to think of loneliness as a reminder that I need to draw closer to You.

I invite Your presence to invade my life in a fresh, new way. Help me to sense Your Presence in greater power and depth than I have ever been able to before. Overflow me with Your love, peace, and joy and crowd out anything in me that is not Your will for my life. Take away all feelings of separation, rejection or lack of connection to others and give me a greater sense of being connected to You.

Gracious Father, I come before You to humbly ask that You comfort and heal me in my moments of loneliness. Be my shelter in the midst of the storm. Walk beside me every step of the way and I ask You to touch that emptiness and fill me with Your love. Lord You are the One that binds up the broken-hearted and nurtures those that are alone and afraid. I know that Your grace is sufficient, even in this deep loneliness that I am facing. Give me grace to face the future with You at my side.

Lord, help me to be content with where I am, knowing that You will not leave me there forever. Help me to never have jealousy or envy because of the love or companionship that someone else has or enjoys. Help me to keep my eyes on You and not on what others do or don't do for me. Thank You for restoring my soul and for Your promise to never leave me or forsake me.

Unit 9 - Beginning to Trust Again

Lord, I ask You to strengthen my heart for the difficult times that I’m going through. I want to be in Your perfect will Lord and I pray that Your will be done in every area of my life. I long to have Your assurance that this is the way to walk, but at times Your will seems to be hidden. Strengthen me so that I will not give up. You said to come to you with all my burdens, You said that you will carry them. You said You are a rock, a shield, a fortress. I need a rock right now. I need a fortress to run into right now. I need you!

Jesus, thank You for coming to heal the brokenhearted. I will meditate on Your Word for it life to those who find them and health to one’s whole body. Help me to focus my heart on You and not on the giants around me. I know that all these worries are keeping me from trusting You. Like Peter, instead of looking toward your face, I am looking around at the waves encircling me. Forgive me for doubting and not living a life of trust. I believe, but please help my unbelief! I know that when I worry, I am believing a lie that says that I can control what happens in my life. Forgive me for trying to control something I never really had control of. Help me to trust in your word and not the lies.

Father God, You sent your Son to carry my greatest burden at the cross. I know that You can handle all that troubles me today. There is nothing too great for You, the earth is your footstool and the wind and rain come and go at your command. Free me of this worry today. Help me to trust the same grace that saved me at the cross to save me from all that weighs me down.

I know that You have a perfect plan for my life. Help me to walk by faith and not by sight. I want to trust in your plan and Your love for me. I want to face the unknown future confident that You have it under control. Grant me the grace I need. Thank You for Jesus and that because of him I can come to you in confidence. You accept me as I am, worries and all. I give them all to you now, in Jesus’s name, Amen.

Unit 10 - The Process of Forgiveness

Father, in the Name of Jesus, help me to be a forgiving person. Show me where I am not. Expose the hidden and secret places of my soul so I won't be locked up in unforgiveness and jeopardize my future. If I have any unresolved anger, bitterness, resentment or unforgiveness that I am not recognizing, reveal it to me and I will confess it to You as sin. Help me to forgive everyone who has caused me pain. Make me to understand the depth of Your forgiveness toward me so that I won't hold back forgiveness from others. I realize that my forgiving someones doesn't make them right, it makes me free. I also realize that You are the only one who knows the whole story, and You will see justice done.

Help me to forgive myself for my failures and the times I have failed. And if I have blamed You for things that have happened in my life, show me so I can confess it before You. Enable me to love my enemies as You have commanded in Your Word. Teach me to bless those who curse me and persecute me. Remind me to pray for those who hurt or offend me so that my heart will be soft toward them. I don't want to become hard and bitter because of unforgiveness. Make me a person who is quick to forgive.

Lord, show me if I have any unforgiveness toward my mother or father for anything they said, did or did not do. I don't want to shorten my life by not honoring them and breaking this great commandment. And where there is distance between me and any other family member because of unforgiveness, I pray You would break down that wall. Help me to forgive every time I need to do so. Where I can be an instrument of reconciliation between other family members who have broken or strained relationships, enable me to do that.

I don't want anything to come between You and me, Lord, and I don't want my prayers to be hindered because I have entertained sin in my heart. I choose this day to forgive everyone and everything, and walk free from the death that unforgiveness brings. AMEN!

Scripture References

Colossians 3:13 (NCV) If someone does wrong to you, forgive that person because the Lord forgave you.

Unit 11 - Confronting the Perpetrator

Wisdom & Discernment

Lord, thank You for Your great love for me and that You know my need and the paths that I will take in the future. Help me I pray to discern what my future needs are and not to confuse them with my own fleshly desires or the vanities of my heart. Give me true discernment. I pray Lord my heart is open to Your leading and guidance – and my desire is that I do only those things that are right in Your sight. I pray that I may be quiet to listen to Your voice and slow to assume that I know Your will when it is my own fleshly thinking. Give me true discernment I pray to KNOW your will as well as strength, grace and love when it comes to addressing evil.

Lord, in the dark times of my life I turn to You.  You know every decision I need to make and every challenge I face.  I know that You are always there to light up my path.  Help me to remember that because I trust in You, I don't ever have to walk through troubling situations alone.  Take away all fear of my problems and give me a greater sense of Your presence walking me through them.  Help me to hear Your voice instructing me and give me the strength and determination to obey Your decisions. Help me not to be overcome by evil but to overcome evil with good.

Give me a heart of discernment to know when You are using someone to speak instruction into my heart and my circumstances, and give me the strength and courage to follow through with that advice, even when it’s hard. Fill me with peace in knowing that even if I take a wrong turn, Your purpose will prevail.

Please forgive me for the times I try to figure this life out on my own.  I need Your Holy Spirit to give me strength, wisdom and direction.  Help me make wise choices.  Give me insight to discern good and evil and choose according to Your will. I desire Your truth, wherein great wisdom can be found.

Scripture References

James 1:5 (ESV)  If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him

Unit 12 - Intimacy in Relationships

Relationships With Others

Father, I praise You that I am fearfully and wonderfully made in Your image. Forgive me for the times I rebelled against You and sought with unrealistic expectations to meet my deepest needs through others. I am now aware that only You can fulfill my deepest needs. As You have been loving and giving towards me in our relationship, help me to be loving and giving towards others. I trust that you will make all things right as I surrender to Your will. I am forever grateful that you care.

I lift up every one of my relationships to You and ask You to bless them. I pray that each one would be glorifying to You. Help me to choose my friends wisely so I won't be led astray. Give me discernment and strength to separate myself from anyone who is not a good influence. I release all my relationships to You and pray that Your will be done in each one of them. With my difficult relationships, I ask that Your peace would reign in them. Your Word says, "How can two walk together unless they agree?"

Break down any wall or misunderstanding. I pray that You would make my relationships what You want them to be so that You will be glorified. I pray for any relationships with each of my family members. I pray you would bring healing, reconciliation, and restoration where it is needed. Bless our relationships and make it strong. I pray for godly friends, role models, and mentors to come into my life. Send people who will speak the truth in love. I pray especially that there will be people in my life who are trustworthy, kind, loving and faithful. Most of all I pray that they are people of faith who add to my life and I to theirs. May forgiveness and love flow freely between us. Make me to be Your light in all my relationships. AMEN!

Scripture References

Romans 12:18 (NCV)  Do your best to live in peace with everyone. My friends, do not try to punish others when they wrong you, but wait for God to punish them with his anger. It is written: “I will punish those who do wrong; I will repay them,” says the Lord.

Covenant Relationship (Marriage)

Father in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, I ask you to bring back my soul from the pain of sexual abuse. Lord, set me free to receive love in a sexual way from my spouse. I command all spirits that are causing me to leave my body and not respond to my mate to leave me now.

I cast out spirits of bound and blocked sexual response, spirits of hatred of sex, frigid spirits that entered when I was abused sexually to come out of me now and I take authority over the spirit of blocked pleasure during sex with my spouse. Also, Father restore my soul from deep hurt and mental torment. I command them to leave me now in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen!

Scripture References

Setting Healthy Boundaries

Lord, I come to You today and present my life before You, past, present, and future. I want to live for You. I want to live in the safety of Your love. Heal me from those things in my past that impact my current relationships. Forgive me for ignoring those boundaries that bring safety to my life.

Give me the desire, the courage, and the strength to follow Your principles each day.

I am so thankful that your grace is greater than anything that has wounded me. Teach me how to love You and to love others, so that my relationships are healthy and balanced. Jesus, you are the way, the truth, and the life. I choose to follow you from this day forward. Amen

Miscellaneous

My Purpose

Father, I pray in the name of Jesus that I will clearly hear the call You have on my life. Help me to realize who I am in Christ and give me certainty that I was created for a high purpose. You made my whole being (spirit, soul and body) You formed me in my mother's womb. I praise You because You made me in an amazing and wonderful way. I know this very well.

Father, Your thoughts are precious to me. They are so many, if I could count them they would be more than all the grains of sand. May the eyes of my understanding be enlightened so that I will know what is the hope of Your calling. Lord, when You called me You also enabled me. Therefore, enable me to walk worthy of the calling and become the person You have created me to be.

Continue to remind me of what You have called me to and don't let me get sidetracked with things that are unessential to Your purpose. Strike down discouragement so that it will not defeat me. Lift my eyes above the circumstances of the moment so I can see the purposes for which You created me. Give me patience to wait for Your perfect timing. I pray that the desires of my heart will not be in conflict with the desires of Yours. May I seek You for direction, and hear when You speak to my spirit. AMEN.

Peaceful Sleep

Father, in the Name of Jesus, I thank You for peaceful sleep, and for Your angels that encamp around me because I worship You. You deliver me and keep me safe. The angels excel in strength, they do Your Word, and listen to the voice of Your Word. You give Your angels charge over me, to keep me in all my ways.

I ask you to give me peace and sleep from the tormenting dreams that harass me nightly (or from time to time) because of the sexual abuse. I command spirits of nightmare and memory recall to loose me know in Jesus name.  I bring every thought, every imagination (image), and every dream into captivity and obedience of Jesus Christ.

Father, I thank You that even as I sleep my heart counsels me and reveals to me Your purpose and plan. Thank You for sweet sleep, for You promised Your beloved sweet sleep. Therefore, my heart is glad, and my spirit rejoices. My body and soul rest and confidently dwell in safety. AMEN.

Repentance

Father, I pray in the Name of Jesus, that You would convict me of any error in my life. Let there be nothing covered that will not be revealed, and hidden that will not be known. Cleanse me from any secret sins and teach me to be a person who is quick to confess when I am wrong. Help me to recognize my mistakes. Give me eyes to see Your truth and ears to hear Your voice. Bring me to full repentance before You.

If there is suffering to be done, let it be the suffering of a remorseful heart and not because the crushing hand of the enemy has found an opening into my life through unconfessed sin. Lord, I know that humility must come before honor. Take away all pride that would cause me to deny my faults and work into my soul humility of heart so that I will receive the honor You have for me. AMEN.

Heal me that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Isaiah the prophet saying, "He himself took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses." You suffered, died and were buried for me so that I might have healing, forgiveness, and eternal life.

By your stripes I am healed. I know that in Your Presence is where I will find healing. In Your Presence I can reach out and touch You and in turn be touched by You. AMEN.

Help me not to be controlled by depression, anger, anxiety, jealousy, hopelessness, fear, shame, guilt or suicidal thoughts. Deliver me from these controlling emotions. I know that only You can deliver and heal, but use me as Your instrument of restoration. Help me not be to be pulled down but say the words that will bring life.

Free me to share my deepest feelings with others who can help. Liberate me to cry when I need to and not to bottle my emotions inside. At the same time, give me the gift of laughter and the ability to find humor in even serious situations.

Teach me to take my eyes off the circumstances and trust in You, regardless of how I feel. Give me patience to possess my soul and the ability to take charge of it. Anoint me with the oil of joy, refresh me with Your Spirit. Set me free from negative emotions this day. AMEN.

Physical Healing

Lord, I pray for Your healing touch in my body. Make every organ and tissue of my body function the way You created it to. Wherever there is anything out of balance, set it in perfect working order. Heal me of any disease, illness, injury, infirmity, or weakness. Strengthen my body to successfully endure my workload, and when I sleep may I wake up completely rested, rejuvenated and refreshed. Give me a strong heart that doesn't fail. I ask you Father to heal me of all infirmities and emotional damage that has entered me through sexual abuse. I break and loose myself from spirits of pain and grief opening the door to aches in my bones, pains in the head and any eye trouble.

Lord, through Your Word You have imparted Your life to me. That life restores my body with every breath I breathe and every word I speak. That which God has not planted is dissolved and rooted out of my body in Jesus Name. You bore my sins in Your body on the tree, that I, having died to sins, might live for righteousness—by Your stripes I am healed. You came that I may have life more abundantly I receive that life through Your Word and it flows to every organ of my body bringing life, healing and health. Growths and tumors have no right in me or on my body. They are a thing of the past, for I am delivered from the authority of darkness.

I pray for the desire to take care of my body, to eat the kind of food that brings health, to get regular exercise and avoid anything that would be harmful to me. Help me to understand that my body is Your temple and I should care for it as such. I pray that I will present my body as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to You. When I am ill, I pray You will sustain me and heal me. Fill me with your joy. Specifically I pray for (mention the area of concern). Give me faith to say, O Lord my God, I cried out to You, and You healed me.

Thank You, Lord that You are my healer. I pray that I will live a long and healthy life and when death does come may it be accompanied by peace and not unbearable suffering and agony. Thank You, Lord that You will be there to welcome me into Your Presence and not a moment before Your appointed hour.

Depression

Father, You are my refuge, my high tower and my stronghold in times of trouble. Thank You that You lift me up when I am bowed down. I lean on and confidently put my trust in You for You will not forsake me. I seek You on the authority of Your Word and I praise You, for You are the lifter of my head. I place my trust in You and I will not be put to shame.

Father, Your thoughts and plans are for my welfare and peace. My mind is stayed on You, for I stop allowing myself to be upset and disturbed. Thank You, that I have been given a spirit of power and love and of a calm well-balanced mind. I have discipline and self-control, I have the mind of Christ and hold the thoughts, feelings and purposes of His heart. I have a fresh mental and spiritual attitude, for I am constantly renewed in the spirit of my mind with Your Word. I renounce any form of depression that would cause me to sink into the pit of distress, in the Name of Jesus.

Therefore, I am strong and my heart takes courage. In the name of Jesus, I loose my mind from wrong thought patterns. I tear down strongholds that have protected bad perceptions about myself. I submit myself to You Father, and resist fear, discouragement, self-pity and depression. I will not give place to the enemy by harboring resentment and holding on to anger. I surround myself with songs and shouts of deliverance from depression and will continue to be an overcomer by the Word of my testimony and the blood of the Lamb. AMEN.

Scripture References

Psalm 40:2 - I waited patiently for the Lord. He turned to me and heard my cry. He lifted me out of the pit of destruction, out of the sticky mud. He stood me on a rock and made my feet steady. My Future

Father, in the Name of Jesus, I put my future in Your hands and ask that You would give me total peace about it. I don't want to be trying to secure my future with my own plans. I want to be in the center of Your will, knowing that You have given me everything I need for what is ahead. I pray You would give me strength to endure without giving up. You have said that "He who endures to the end will be saved." Help me to run the race in a way that I shall finish strong and receive the prize You have for me.

You said, "My thoughts toward you are of peace, to give you a future and a hope." You have saved me and called me with a holy calling, not according to my works, but according to Your own purpose and grace. Thank You, Holy Spirit, that You are always with me and will guide me on the path so that I won't lose my way.

Move me into powerful ministry that will impact the lives of others for Your kingdom and glory. I humble myself under Your mighty hand, O God, knowing that You will lift me up in due time. I cast all my care upon You, knowing that You care for me and will not let me fall. Set a guard before my mouth and keep watch at the door of my lips. I reach out for Your hand today so I can walk with You into the future You have for me. Thank You that You have a good plan for my life and I will see it come to pass. AMEN.

Trusting God In Difficult Times

Father, in the Name of Jesus, help me to remember that no matter how dark my situation may become in life You are the light of my life that can never be put out. You will lift me above the storm and into the comfort of Your Presence. Only You can take whatever loss I have experienced and fill that empty place with good. Only You can take the burden of my grief and pain and dry my tears. Hear me when I call, O God of my righteousness. You can relieve me in my distress, have mercy on me and hear my prayer.

In my times of grief, suffering or trial, I pray for an added sense of Your Presence. I want to grow stronger in these times and not weaker. I want to increase in faith and not be overcome with doubt. I want to have hope in the midst of it and not surrender to hopelessness. I want to stand strong in Your truth and not be swept away by my emotions. Help me to remember to give thanks to You in all things, knowing that You reign in the midst of them. Remind me that You have redeemed me and I am Yours and nothing is more important than that. When I pass through the waters You will be with me and the river will not overflow me.

When I walk through the fire I will not be burned, nor will the flame touch me. That's because You are a good God and have sent Your Holy Spirit to comfort and help me. I pray that You, my God of hope, will fill me with all joy, peace and faith so that I will abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. Thank You that You sent Your Holy Spirit to be my Comforter and Helper. Remind me of that in the midst of difficult times. AMEN.

Praise To God

Father, in the Name of Jesus, there is no source of greater joy for me than worshiping You. I come into Your Presence with thanksgiving and bow before You this day. I exalt Your Name for You are great and worthy to be praised. Thank You that You have put gladness in my heart. All honor, majesty, strength, glory, holiness and righteousness are Yours, O Lord. Thank You that You are gracious and full of compassion, slow to anger and great in mercy. Thank You that You are mighty in power and Your understanding is infinite.

Thank You that You lift up the humble and cast the wicked down. Thank You that You execute justice for the oppressed, You give food to the hungry, and You give freedom to the prisoners. Thank You that You open the eyes of the blind and raise up those who are bowed down. Thank You Lord, that Your plans for my life are good and You have a future for me that is full of hope. Thank You that You are always restoring my life to a greater wholeness. I praise You and thank You that You are my Healer, my Creator, my Deliverer, my Provider, my Redeemer, my Father and my Comforter. Thank You for the Presence of the Holy Spirit in my life.

Thank You for revealing Yourself to me through Your Word, through Your Son Jesus and through Your mighty works upon the earth and in my life. Thank You for love, peace, joy, faithfulness, grace, mercy, kindness, truth and healing. Thank You that I can depend on You for You and Your Word never fail. Thank You that You are the same yesterday, today and tomorrow. Father, forgive me when I neglect to praise and worship You as You desire and deserve. Teach me to worship You with my whole heart the way You want me to. Make me a true worshiper. May praise and worship of You be my first response to every circumstance.

I praise Your Name this day, Lord, for You are good and Your mercy endures forever. Because your lovingkindness is better than life, my lips shall praise You. I will bless You while I live, I will lift up my hands in Your Name. I will declare Your glory among the nations and Your wonders among all people. I worship You in the splendor of Your holiness and give You the glory due Your Name. AMEN.

Healing from Emotional Pain and Trauma

Dear Heavenly Father, I lift myself up to You right now. I pray that You would help me embrace whatever traumatic or negative memories that I have either blocked out or forgotten, if recalling those memories can be used to release healing. I ask You, Holy Spirit, to show me what happened in my life right before I started feeling ill, or experienced fear, anxiety, or other symptoms manifested. I give You permission to dislodge memories that are stuck. I pray that You highlight any specific memories or situations that are related to my symptoms, illness or other physical and emotional issues. Help me pay attention to what You show me. Please give me understanding of what was going on in myself and others connected to those events, and grant me grace and compassion to be able to forgive myself and others. Help me to see from Your perspective.

I pray that You would supernaturally remove the hurtful memories and the trauma of past events out of my mind, emotion, memories and out of my physical body. I ask that You would lift all remnants of painful events and the trauma that was created as a result of that pain. Lift it all out of the very cells of my body. Let me remember only the good about those the enemy used to cause pain. I pray that my heart and mind would agree that I am in an entirely new day and I am able to graciously forgive those that treated me wrong. I forgive anyone that caused injury to my soul, my spirit and my physical body.

Let my heart release all unforgiveness, anger, fear, rejection, pain and shame. I speak now and declare complete healing and freedom from every painful event in my life. I declare that painful memories and hurtful words will not circulate in my mind and emotions any longer in the name and authority of Jesus Christ. I pray that no cell in my body would retain unforgiveness, bitterness, anger, hatred, fear, condemnation, regret, rejection or self hatred. I pray that my physical body would no longer be in agreement with any negative emotions in Jesus name.

I forgive and release those who willfully and spitefully inflicted pain and suffering on me. I forgive and release those who had wicked intentions and gave themselves over to evil, in order to afflict, torment, and delight themselves in causing me pain. I give them over to You, Father, to do with as You choose; knowing that You are a just God and vengeance belongs to You. I choose to trust You in matters concerning justice and judgement towards others, knowing that as a matter of my will, I choose to forgive and am therefore free in Christ.

I release myself from the pain of the past, and the poor decisions that I have made which filled my soul with guilt, shame and regret. I ask Your forgiveness for any doors that I have accidentally opened to the enemy through trying to comfort myself with artificial means. I renounce and break every unintentional agreement that I may have made with spirits of fear, lust, anger, greed, gluttony, anger, bitterness, unforgiveness, unloving spirits, idolatry or a perverse spirit that also inflicts wounds on others. I submit to You, Holy Spirit, and command all ungodly spirits to leave me now, in the name and authority of Jesus Christ. I command all unclean spirits to go back to where you came from and I appropriate the blood of Christ over every part of my life.

I speak now to my physical body and command all illness, disease, infirmity and weakness to be uprooted and removed now in Jesus name. I command complete release in every cell of my body of any and all residual effects of trauma. By the name and authority of Jesus Christ, I lift the remnant of trauma out of my body and ask that the Holy Spirit, which is the Spirit of Life, release healing into every cell of my body. I speak to the hormones, organs and systems of my body and command them to come into balance and normal function.

I command my body to be healed at the cellular level. Everything that has been retained that does not exist in the kingdom of heaven, be released out of my cells now in Jesus name. Let every weight be released. Let every hindrance be released. Let all that does not originate from the kingdom of heaven be released out of my mind, body, emotions and memories. Every weakness be filled now with wholeness and perfect soundness in the name and authority of Jesus Christ. Holy Spirit, fill me now with Your fullness, strength and power in Jesus name. Fill me with joy, peace, and a release of supernatural healing that radiates from the inside out. I declare that by Your stripes I have been healed, according to Isaiah 53:5. Thank you for the blood You shed, Lord Jesus, that makes healing a reality. I thank You for revival, restoration, healing and complete regeneration in Jesus name. Amen.

Prayers Against Jealousy

Father, In the Name of Jesus, I call upon you today to remove from me every spirit and principality of jealousy. I realize when I'm jealous of others what I'm saying to You is that You haven't blessed me with anything. When I'm jealous of others I'm telling You that You are not enough for me. When I'm jealous I lose sight that God has blessed me with things that He hasn’t blessed others with. Send forth your warring angels to remove every evil spirit that comes with this spirit such as the spirit of murder, envy, strife, selfish ambition, slander, destruction, greed, lust, competition, anger and division. These spirits shall have no part in me, my family, my generation, my inheritance, my finances, the ministry you have given me or the future you have planned for me.

Banish them from coming into my presence or from attacking any path that you have laid before me. Remove the obstacles they have placed in my path. Restore that which was stolen. Heal any woundedness. Restore any damage they have done to my credibility. Any door that You have opened Lord no man can close and that which you have closed no man can open. Any door that I have left open to allow these in please show them to me and close them never to be open again.

Any associations that I may have with others from the past whether in or outside of the family of God close those doors for good and don’t allow those spirits to ever have access to my life again. I break every unholy covenant that I have made with them. I cut every soul tie to my past which may have given these spirits access to my future life. I speak blessings over those who tried to curse me. Cause them to see the blessings that you have already bestowed upon them. Show them the path you have for them and give them the grace to move on in the path you have established for them. I pray that my speech would be seasoned with grace and I would not be prideful when I give you glory in how you’ve blessed me. In Jesus Name, Amen.
